This is to inform you that the Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) for Classes 9 and 10 is scheduled for Sunday, June 21, 2026 (Ashar 7, 2083). The primary purpose of this gathering is to update parents on the challenges and opportunities in the teaching-learning process, as well as on the upbringing of adolescents, and to provide general information about the school's policies.

The programme will begin with registration at 8:30 a.m. in front of Donnelly Hall. Following registration, parents and students will proceed to the hall for the formal presentation.

From 10:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., parents may meet the teachers of Classes 9 and 10 in the designated rooms. As meeting time is limited, consultations will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. However, appointments with individual teachers may be scheduled later during school hours for further interaction.

Students are required to attend in the school tracksuit and carry their school ID cards.

Attendance at the PTM is mandatory for all students and their parents/guardians.

Kindly note that the Parents' Night for Classes 9 and 10 has been rescheduled to Friday, June 26, 2026. Details regarding the Parents' Night will be communicated later.
